		<description>As it seems, more people are having problems with this issue... I have done what you wrote, even did a server reboot, but to no avail (2003 opens and 2007 asks for saving locally first). I did find out however, if I send my 4 test docs, the very same ones, (2 Excel (one 2003 and one 2007) and 2 Word) through my Hotmail account, all 4 can be opened as expected. If I send the 4 docs locally, no problem either. But... if I use another server that has NOT been modified as above to send the docs to, I get exactly the same results (hotmail: yes, locally: yes, etc.)! Mind you that the Office 2007 converter must be in place on the work station that is using OWA to be able to open the 2007 docs in the first place ofcourse. This is WEIRD...
